VeriTeknik reserves the right to change these rules at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
2. Violation
Violation of these rules is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in suspension, termination, and/or compensation for damages incurred by VeriTeknik due to the violation.
3. Illegal Use
You may use VeriTeknik's Plans only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution, sale, or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
4. Email Use
Sending Spam through VeriTeknik's servers is strictly prohibited. This includes commercial advertising, informational announcements, and other disruptive emails.
5. Legal Use of Bulk Email
Bulk email must only be sent to recipients who have opted into your mailing list and must provide an opt-out method in every email.
6. Server Resources
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of VeriTeknik is strictly prohibited.
7. Piracy
Distribution and/or uploading of any software that is not legally licensable is prohibited.
8. Adult Content
Adult-oriented sites, content, and commerce are prohibited under the network.
9. General Scripts/CGI
Scripts that are commonly known to be destructive or to utilize excessive resources are prohibited.
10. System and Network Security
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability.
11. Fake Content
Distribution of fake products, services, or promotions is prohibited.
12. Site Without Pages
Hosting files or backups on shared servers as part of a website without an index page is prohibited.
13. Nuke Programs
The use of any Nuke software or similar applications is prohibited on VeriTeknik's network.
